RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.gettertiivits.com. I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, I am here to help. Your satisfactions with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance. Please don't hesitate to contact with questions or concerns and I will work to find a solution to the situation. Please make sure to read product descriptions and dimensions carefully before completing your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exceptions of damages incurred during transit) a refund may be possible. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also, we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender – so please check that info twice.
EXCEPTIONS TO REFUNDS:
Bespoke items are not required by consumer law to be refundable, except in the event of fault or damage, but every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.
Please note that the prints are sent in suitable sturdy hard backed boxes or tubes. They are quite fragile and a single crease or bend can ruin them – so please take care when handling them. The returns on goods that have been damaged by the customer, will not be accepted.
