What T-shirt size should I order? 
I recommend that you use see the size guides (under the product) to compare measurements against a similar item you own to find the suitable size.
What print method is used?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which is a high-quality method of printing custom apparel. It is ideal for spot-colours (solid colours) and produces vibrant prints that leave smooth texture on the products. DTG uses a specially formatted inkjet printer that prints water-based ink directly into the fabric of our products.
Do your T-shirts shrink when washed? 
All our T-shirts are pre-shrunk. After the first wash a 3% shrinkage can be expected.
Does Getter Tiivits brand guarantee its products? 
I stand behind our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please check our Return Policy page and contact me at getter@tiivits.com. I will be happy to assist you!
How do I place an order?
Browse our products and place items into your cart. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
I cannot choose a pickup station.
You can either choose Omniva or Itella Smartpost pickup station, but the location of the pickup station is automatically stated by your home address. If you want to appoint an exact pickup station, please write it down on the "notes" section before purchase or contact us immediately after the order is placed!
What happens once I have placed my order?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, the confirmation email will be sent to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 2-7 working days of confirmation of your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
For orders to Estonian addresses, we charge a flat fee of 3,00€ for delivery.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept secure payments via Apple Pay.
How do I use a voucher code?
The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.
Where are you located?
My cozy little studio is located in Pärnu, Estonia. 
When will I receive my package?
Items are typically shipped within 2-7 days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days. Holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on any defective products (with the exceptions of damages incurred during transit). Please read our Return policy page for more information.
What if I receive the wrong item?
In although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact us and include your order number and email address.
